Vitamin and mineral nutritional supplements aren't just for people with certain conditions or issues that they want to deal with, though certainly many people purchase such items for specific health issues such as acne, heart health, or digestive problems. However, a growing number of adults in the United States currently take a multi-vitamin or nutritional supplement as part of their daily health routine.
